Gobble privacy policy

Local-first by default
Your saved food entries, Day Logs, weight history, recent entries, and settings are stored on your device. Manual logging does not require an account, and Gobble does not upload this local history to its own database.
AI requests
When you choose an AI feature, the text, image, or nutrition context needed for that request is sent securely to Gobble's server and AI service providers to produce the requested draft or analysis. Gobble does not keep those inputs as a cloud food log or photo record after generation. AI results can be wrong and should be reviewed before saving.
Gobble Plus
RevenueCat and the app store process subscription status and purchase history so Gobble can validate Gobble Plus access. After a trial, purchase, or restore, Gobble creates a pseudonymous technical identity through Clerk and links it to the subscription. Gobble does not ask for your name, personal email address, or password for this flow.
Tracking and advertising
Gobble does not sell personal data, show targeted advertising, or use your data to track you across apps or websites. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google and are not available to Gobble.
Deletion and contact
You can delete the remote Gobble Plus identity from Settings → Gobble Plus → Delete profile. This does not delete local logs or cancel an app-store subscription. See the deletion instructions for details, or visit support.
